Our band is named BadDogs. We're four Colorado
musicians living in the high Rocky Mountains (9000 ft +) and
playing Alternative country for the last year. We've been
described as a mixture of The Eagles, Poco, John Denver, and
Johnny Paycheck meets Jimmy Buffet by KOA radio in Denver.
We are a full-service band; each of us is a veteran of the
Army, Navy, Marines, or Air Force and, with over 150 years
of combined musical experience gained on the road, in the
recording studio, and in radio and T.V., each of us brings
their own unique talents to the table. We're not trendy, we're
not fashionable, we're BadDogs.
Our new CD "Sit! Stay!" contains 12 original
songs each with a Colorado theme. We invited 5 local
musicians to put their unique talents on the CD and we have
been told that the results are outstanding by professionals
such as Scott Turner of Nashville. This CD can almost be compared
to an onion; there are many layers of sounds that have to
be "peeled back" by several listenings. "Sit!
Stay!" was put together in our own studios with lots
of love and attention and took over 6 months to produce. We
sincerely hope that the listener will find as much enjoyment
with this CD as we found in creating it. |
